Adeje is located in the southwest of the island, only 20 minutes drive from the airport in the south and is one of the richest districts in Tenerife. This occurs only little tourist life, so that the tourists on holiday in our apartment can experience a lot of normal everyday Spanish

    The price of the rental week is 290, - €. From 4 weeks holiday per week, the reduced to 250, - €. For long-term tenants from the apartment for three months is 850, - € rent per month (including all bills).

    Internet usage is possible for € 12 per week, 4 weeks stay 10 € per week. Phone calls to Spanish landlines are free.

    Special rates for last minute bookings can be arranged.

The nice community area features a large swimming pool with a spacious children's area and a playground for younger children (slide, swing). During your stay you should have 'no desire to clean', so we can arrange a 'good spirit' for you.
