The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard and benefits from high-speed wireless internet access (free), secure parking and exclusive access to the residents only Gym, Swimming Pool and Bar/Restaurant. Greenwich's tourist attractions, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The mainline rail station and Docklands Light Railway stops adjacent to the apartment. Journey time to Canary Wharf (Financial District) is just 10 minutes and trains run every 1-2 minutes during the day. Cleaning service and linen change is provided and you have use of the 24/7 concierge who can assist many different requests including deliveries and dry-cleaning.

Additional information about rental rates

  • RATES - For stays less than 1 week, the daily rate will apply. For stays of 1 week and over, the weekly rate will apply and additional nights will be charged at a proportion of the weekly rate on a pro-rata basis.

    PARKING & TRANSPORT - Driving a car in London is not recommended as this is a very big, busy city. Parking in London is also difficult and there is limited parking locally. Most visitors will not require a car as there are many public transport options. We have the Tube (metro), Docklands Light Railway (stops rights outside!), Mainline Trains, High-speed Catamarans (on the river), Buses and Taxes all within easy reach of the apartment. Some services run 24/7. However, if you really do need to bring a car there are some free parking options which we can explain to you, or we can arrange a private parking space for £5 per day. This must be booked in advance as parking is in high demand.
  • BOOKING PROCEDURE -
    1. Contact us using the form on this page.
    2. We will confirm the price and send you the letting agreement and credit card form.
    3. During peak periods we will request a £50 GBP / 50 Euros deposit by PayPal to hold the dates for you. This gives us both time to sort out the agreement and arrange payment of the rent, but you can relax as we won't let anyone else book the dates.
    4. Sign and return by email, fax or post
    5. We will process your payment / confirm your bank transfer and confirm your booking. We will refund the Paypal payment used to hold the dates.

    PAYMENT - We accept Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Visa Debit, Solo and Maestro cards. We also accept bank transfers. We operate as a registered company and process credit cards securely using a proper merchant terminal issued by our bank.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT / BOND - There is a security deposit of 250GBP. This may be paid by credit card or cash on arrival and is refunded on departure.

    The rate includes: Accommodation for up to 4 people; Welcome toiletries; Towels; Linen; High-speed Internet access (Wifi); Gym and Pool access; Use of the on site concierge.

    Early check-in / Late check-out is subject to availability, however, we can provide a safe place for your bags if you arrive early and the apartment is not ready. Normal check-in time is 2pm, check-out is 11am.

A stunning apartment in a stunning part of London

My wife, son and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks in October. The apartment is well equipped, safely located and within spitting distance of the nearest DLR stop. All in all we had an amazing time and we found Greenwich and the apartment added to our satisfaction. The information provided with regards to the flat and the city was accurate and useful. The gym and swimming pool were bigger and better equiped than we expected. Greenwich park is less than 4 mins away, with the town centre being even closer for shops, bars and restaurants.

We would definitely stay again and commend Euan on the clenliness and high standards of the apartment.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. Euan and Catalina were helpful in providing the information of the location and how to get there. Good thing the concierge was helpful on how to get around the local area. Thank goodness, for the neighborhood kiosk at the complex to buy items you may need from food, drinks,and household items.The apartment was within easy access to Central London but in all trips, you must plan accordingly on what places you want to visit. It will be too tiring to go back to the apartment to rest and go back out to the city again. We just did the sight seeing
tours, lunch and dinner before we finally head back to our safe apartment. Mind you, we were tired in a good way.
We truly felt like the Londoners and will recommend this property to all who seek the adventure!

No words describe the perfect week we had here with our children.
The description of the apartment is accurate and beyond!This apartment has it all: good, modern furnishure, well equiped kitchen that works perfect, good TV, DVD, digital, good washing machine and dish washer. Good fitness and swimming pool, good grocery shop downstairs, good neighbourhood, 2 minutes walk to Overground which takes you down town London in no time. Last, but not least, the owners help you with everything, before arriving and while staying there.
