    These prices are for an occupancy of up to 4 people (for other people 10 euros per day and per person in addition to pay-up. 7 total possible). 50 euros for final cleaning is added. 10 days stay, the beds are changed 1 x weekly.
  • On climate:
    The location of the house in 750 meters guarantees a pleasant heat in the summer and usually blows a light, refreshing breeze. In the nights are cool and something so restful sleep is not handicapped.

Notes: Notes on lawn care: In the hallway is an electrical sabotage collecting lawnmowers and if necessary, the meadows are mowed around the patio. Information on pool maintenance: Since there is no pool service, the tenant must even admit the water. Therefore, the ball valve of the permanently installed water inlet to be transferred. After filling up (about 6 hours) close the ball valve again. Swimming in the pool is at its best when the pool is filled to overflowing with water. For that, every morning, the pool will be on shortly to overflow. The pool as every 7 days and the holiday end drain. Then clean the pool with a water hose. This is essentially a huge water fight and makes especially older children have fun.
