Our house - a place in the sun ........ is about 2km outside the town center 'Puch' in a beautiful sunny hillside. The tranquility and views of the entire surrounding mountains invites you to relax and enjoy. The city of Salzburg is only 12 km away from us.
For children there is a large garden to romp, with a small pool, trampoline and swing. Furthermore, there is our 'quaint Almhütt'n' in the garden, which invites to a pleasant evening with a glass of wine.
Our two apartments, for 2 to 4 persons have been completely renovated in April 2010 and awarded with 4 edelweiss (highest award). In the large apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with shower / WC, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi, a large bright kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave, also with satellite TV and a sun terrace.
The small apartment is a 1-room apartment with 2 beds, small kitchenette, dining area, private terrace. Since both apartments on the ground floor and are directly adjacent to each other, so you can rent the two apartments together well and therefore we offer space for up to 7 people (the small FEWO is only available from November 1 until the end of April).
Peace and quiet: Quiet location on the edge of the forest, thus a splendid starting point for walks and hikes. Sit back, they disconnect from everyday stress and enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful view.
Festival city of Salzburg: our house is also very popular with festival guests. Can through our town nearby (12 km from the city of Salzburg) reach the Festspielhaus in no time, you just go back to the apartment to rest and just enjoy a beautiful view of the town of Hallein.
Sports activities in summer and winter: a minimum stay of 3 nights for our guests, a free rental of bicycles and e-bikes in the site. The Tauern Bike Path runs right past our place.
SUMMER: Take an extensive tour on the lower mountain (they look of your patio directly onto the mountain) or use just the web, or any of our other mountains. In just 10 minutes you can reach the Waldbad Anif with his climbing park, which is also a challenge for us adults. It also takes 10 - 15 minutes you are on the golf course of the Golf Club in Salzburg Rif.
WINTER: 3 smaller ski areas (Gaissau / Hintersee Krispl, Zinkenlifte - gaissauhintersee at www..) Are in our neighboring communities, where you can not only skiing, but can also take a wonderful ski tours. Hohensalzburg Fortress, Mirabell Gardens, Mozart's birthplace, Getreidegasse, museums, Casino Salzburg in Klessheim, Tiergarten Hellbrunn, Hallein Salt Mine, bobsleigh Dürrnberg, Celtic museum, these are to many more are very close to us, but also, for example, the Ice Caves in Werfen (largest ice cave in the world) can be reached in about half an hour by car.
As you can see our house is centrally located and there you have all the options for the 'best time' in the year, namely your vacation, open to maintain a restful time in permanent memory.
