A double bedroom with private bathroom (double vanity, separate toilet, large bath tub) with direct exit to the balcony and view to Gotschnabergkette. Another double bedroom with private sanitary facility (shower, washbasin, toilet) and with a view towards the southeast, fitted wardrobes and TV / DVD. In the transition area is available for a WM and dryer.

Living / dining room (also TV - DVD - CD) and kitchen are open plan. The fireplace can be viewed from all sides. The recently built 4-family house is situated on a private road. An unobstructed view Location: In the direction of SO in the snowy mountains, SW for Gotschnaskigebiet, northwest to the valley by Sunnibergbrücke up to 20 km away Furna. Adjacent (opposite the Gäuggeliweg) is pasture land in the valley the roofs of the village of Klosters. From every window or from the balcony you can enjoy the Klosters mountains. The famous ski slopes Parsenn - Klosters - Davos you need by bus or train from front door to the valley about 15 minutes - the ski run ends in front of our house.

In summer the hiking area is highly praised, our guests usually start in front of our house.

Golf: 9 - hole golf course in Klosters / / 15 to 35 km in the Davos - Bad Ragaz - Ems - Alvaneu - all with 18 - hole golf course.

Ski: We are in Klosters have the wonderful Parsenn Klosters Davos and the child-friendly ski Madrisa with kindergarten. The two ski schools 'Saas' and 'monastery' employ about 100 teachers for beginners, advanced, adults and of course for children.

Of course we offer a skating rink, Hokeyfeld, sledding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing - there are no limits.
