This house is located in a lovely community near the Suncoast of Southwest Florida, which is only 10 minutes away from the beach by car. It is well-kept with a big terrace, a pool and a beautiful lake view.

Food stores, a shopping center and the well known Red Barn Flea Market are just minutes away.

Orlando / Cape Caneveral: In less then two hours you are in Orlando where you can visit many attractions:

- Walt Disney World (5 theme parks, 2 water parks)

- Universal Studios (2 theme parks, 1 water park)

- Sea World

Another hour more brings you to the Kennedy Space Center.

Southwest Florida / Everglades: The Everglades, one of the biggest National Parks of the United States, are just 2.5 hours away.

On your way south you can also have a stop in Ft. Meyers (about 90 minutes) and visit the Edison & Ford Museum.
