The house is completely renovated and shines in new brilliance.

The villa is located in the southwest of Cape Coral, the preferred residential area. Close to the yacht club, on Tarpon Point and Cape Harbor with its restaurants and shops. Boat trips directly from the house through the canals, anchoring and swimming off the islands, watching dolphins and manatees are a delight for body and soul!

Large pool area with whirlpool, 4 sun loungers, table with 8 chairs, 4-burner gas grill with side burner, boat lift and deck with seating directly above the water. 4 bedrooms (3 King, 2 Twin, 1 Toddler bed). 3 baths. Living room with sofa and love seats for 9 people. Family room with telephone, WLAN, computer, printer, game console, sound system and flat screen TV. Breakfast nook and bar, dining for 8 people. Kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, espresso machine, dishwasher, cooking island including 5-plate stove, oven and microwave. Washing machine, dryer. Double garage

Mere pleasure: take a swim in the pool before breakfast , enjoy the evening on the deck overlooking the sunset. Or barbecue steaks and kingprawns on the grill before you make yourself comfortable on the sun loungers.

Take a boat to Pine Island to the 'waterfront restaurant' and enjoy a snack on the terrace. Rent a Harley Davidson and explore Sanibel and Captiva Island on this way! Beaches with shells as well as the lure Wildlife Refuges with countless birds and tropical plants that bloom almost all year round. Just let your mind wander!

General: The house has a utility room with washing machine and dryer and direct access to double garage, which can be easily opened by remote control. Next to the door in the breakfast nook is a basket of pool towels waiting for you. The outdoor kitchen has a fridge, a sink and a large modern gas grill. After a trip on the canals, swimming in the pool or the sea - enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower and then a cold beer, a cool white wine or a Coke.

Trips: The Everglades National Park is an authentic natural paradise! Life there - Florida Panthers and the American crocodile - is in danger of extinction. Over 400 species of orchids grow on trees, which house the entire bird colonies.

Orlando is the entertainment center of Florida: Disney World, Sea World, Kennedy Space Centre with numerous attractions lure not only children but also adults. Notes: In the middle of the kitchen is a cooking island with a 5-plate ceramic stove top and downdraft extractor. Oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer and ice dispenser are also available. Dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. are generously available. The same is true for all types of textiles such as dish and bath towels, beach towels and linens. The family room contains TV, PC, printer and telephone. Internet access via W-LAN throughout the house. The formal living room is equipped with comfortable sofas to rest, relax and read. In addition, a dining room with large table and chairs for 8 people. The lanai (pool area) has the size of 1400 sq.foot. Next to swimming pool and whirlpool there are an outdoor shower, a table and chairs for 8 people and 4 sun loungers. To protect the little ones a 'Baby Guard Pool Fence' can be mounted at any time. Bathroom, kitchen and living areas are tiled.

We were very pleased with our stay at Villa Tauro Zorro. The house was exactly as stated and clean. It was perfect for our family. There were plenty of towels, bedding, etc. and we were welcomed with a note & refreshments. The property manager was very helpful and friendly.
We would definately go back!
The area was very nice, quiet. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery & drug stores. We were within close driving to several beaches. Spring Break is filled with lots of traffic, but that's to be expected.

Viila Tauro Zorro,was beyond our expectations. A beautiful home in a quiet easy to get around area of Cape Coral. Beautiful lanai and sunsets. The home is perfect to enjoy with other guest,lots of space. Well stocked for all your needs.
