Direkt access into the Skiing World / BergWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental which offers 279 km ski slopes in the and 91 open lifts in the winter and with 6 adventure themes and 11 open lifts in the summer.

Our house is located next to both of the cable railways and the descent, therefore you already are in the middle of all the best possible leisure activities - ideal place for bycicle tours, hikes and lots of fun!

Our 2010 built house is located in the best quiet meadow location on the sun side of Brixen. With supermarkets, Skiverleih, Bars and restaurants are only 1 minute walk, to the centre it's a five minute walk. The leisure instalation is only 10 minutes walk away. The apartments are perfect for young and old, for self-catering and restaurant visitors and for groups and families.

Description and equipment of the application (see bottom page)

Our confortable apartment can accommodate up to six people (without a spare bed). It is oriented to the south and therefore all day long flooded with light and friendly bright. The building is located on the ground level and has a separate entrance. The complete living area is heated with floor heating. The terrace is located in an optimal meadow southern located

Rundum zufrieden!

Wir konnten einen tollen Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Am Zustand, Lage und Ausstattung gibt es NICHTS zu bemängeln! Wir haben eine saubere und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung vorgefunden! Beginnend mit dem herzlichen Empfang bis hin zur geselligen Verabschiedung haben wir uns durch die Vermieterin, Monika, sehr gut betreut gefühlt! Danke!

Sehr schönes und super gelegenes Appartement

Dieses sehr neue und modern eingerichtete Appartement an der Gondel und Talabfahrt ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren die meiste Zeit 6 Gäste und für einen Tag ungeplant sogar 7 Gäste. Dabei haben die Gastgeber spontan mit einem Zustellbett ausgeholfen. Das war sehr Klasse. Trotzdem ist das Appartement am besten für 4 Personen geeignet, weil dann noch ein komplettes Wohnzimmer zur Verfügung steht.

Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Lediglich das W-LAN Signal war etwas schwach aber über Ethernetkabel war das Internet sehr flott. Besserung für das W-LAN wurde angekündigt. Wer spät noch duschen wollte, bekam leider kein heißes Wasser mehr. Auch dagegen wurde Besserung angekündigt.

Owner's Response: Lieber Bernd! Vielen Dank für die gute Bewertung! Das Problem mit der Heizung hat sich gelöst - alles wieder "bacherlwarm" wie wir zu sagen pflegen! ;-) Ein Teil bei/in der Heizung war kaputt und wurde ausgetauscht. Man darf auch die eisige Kälte des Januars 2012 nicht vergessen (weit über -20 °C bei Nacht und Tageshöchstwerte bei -11 °C) - da hatte die Heizung ordentlich zu tun. Aber wie gesagt, jetzt passt alles wieder! Ich wünsch dir und deinen Lieben alles Liebe und noch mal Danke für die Bewertung! Herzliche Grüße Monika

Unser Appartement im Haus Monika war first class!

Super Ausstattung, es hat nichts gefehlt. Alles war tiptop sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für die Betreuung erhalten Moni und Familie von uns volle Punktzahl. Das war nicht unser letzer Besuch im Haus Monika.

Horst mit Freunden bei Freunden

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung und war in perfektem Zustand. Eine optimalere Lage gibt es nicht, da diese sich nur ca. 50mtr von der Talstation entfernt ist, sowie per Talabfahrt zu erreichen ist.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt kein Wünsche offen, da alles vorhanden war, was man zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Gefallen hat uns die gute Raumaufteilung, sowie dass wir für jeden Schlafraum getrennte DU/WC vorgefunden hatten. Der Zugang ins Internet per Kabel oder WLAN hat uns auch sehr zugesagt.

Die herzliche Begrüßung und auch die freundliche Vermieterfamilie hat uns zu einem unvergesslichen Skiurlaub verholfen, an den wir immer wieder gerne zurückdenken und sicherlich auch wieder kommen werden.
