This summer holiday rental, self-catering penthouse is furnished in modern romantic style. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, has a large lounge with Sky Sat. TV, DVD Player & CD Boss Sound System, DSL internet wireless facility, and leads to a balcony over-looking the pool with a panoramic sea view. The lounge includes a six seated dinning table. The spacious & beautifully furnished Master bedroom with a king size bed, located on the upper level, has its own kitchenette, mini-fridge and a large terrace to relax & sun bathe in private. This room has an en-suite fully fitted bathroom with shower. There are two other bedrooms, located on the lower level, both have twin beds. One of these rooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the other shares its fully fitted bathroom with guests. All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes with large size mirrors. The penthouse is located in a quite secured complex, has its own underground parking, with a direct lift access to the front door.

Marbella is just a 15 min walk, with a rich history going back to days of Roman and Moorish occupation. Marbella also offers one of the best beaches in Costa de Sol. Puerto Banus Marina is only 5 minutes drive away. Enjoy your dinner or a drink with a view of luxury yachts moored by the rich and famous. Alternatively, take a stroll by the marina with shops opening into the late night. 'Excellent location and excellent apartment. Would love to keep this place a secret but think that would be unfair on the owner!!!. Only 20 mins from Marbella twon, 5 mins from the beach. Supermarket and petrol station on your doorstep. Fantastic views from the top floor and the apartment had all the mod cons you could think off. Plenty of local bars and restaurants. Hopefully we will be going back, if it is not fully booked...'

A fantastic appartment in a great location between marbella and peurto banus.The appartment itself furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The swimming pool which is set in beautiful landscaped gardens was superb. There is a siupermarket and garage within 100 yards and the beach is only a little further.The complex is also situated right next to bus routes which only take minutes to get into either marbella or banus,

We spent a very good time in August 2008 in this appartment. The appartment exceeded our expectations. Very modern, perfect equiped (even washing dryer) helps to feel like you are at home. It has everything you may need or think about. We even never used so many things like TV or DVD or.......
Location seemed to be perfect for us. It's really 5 minutes from the sea and a beach, 10 minutes from all attractions of Puerto Banus, 2 minutes from Supermarket (that's really nice), 2 minutes from HighWay, 5 minutes from a choice of restaurants.
The appartment is situated in a nice modern community with attractive pool area. There is a straight access from the elevator to undeground parking which is very comfortable.
So, we'll be glad to come back again there!!!!!!!
