Cosy typical Swedish red / white wooden house natural that it is set in a quiet location near the forest. Ideal for example for family with 2 children. Sunny land, lots of sun. With wood burning stove and wood stove in the kitchen in the winter toasty warm. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Living room with sofa and 2 armchairs, TV, DVD player, German satellite TV. Large bedroom, complete roof removed, with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, table with 4 chairs and desk and chair. Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A separate small guest cottage (uninsulated) with 1 Bunk bed - if the kids want to be even among themselves. Garden furniture and barbecue are available. Many excursions: The house is located in an area with many marked hiking trails and bike ride. Nature is diverse with many waters, hilly and dense forest. It is an ideal starting point for excursions into Småland glass empire, to the amusement park in Vimme

The house is situated in the countryside in a beautiful area, about 10 km outside of the small town near Sävsjö Bringetofta right in småländischem Highlands. Many marked hiking and biking trails are perfect for long trips into the countryside. An idyllic forest bathing place is only 1 km from the house. Sävsjö, there are many famous sights in a comfortable distance to achieve: for example, the Western Town High Chaparall, the famous amusement park Astrid Lindgren's World, the Crystal Kingdom, with its many glass factories, the city Eksjö with its historic wooden house-old city center and much more .

Notes

  • Basically brings the tenant's bed linen and towels with itself. The leased property is transferred properly cleaned in a proper condition and the keys are handed over to the landlord. Included in the price are: - Charges water, waste - Handover house are not included in the price: - Obligatory final cleaning EUR 60.00 and SEK 500.00 (one time) - Deposit: EUR 100.00 per stay (obligatory, on-site payable) - Electricity (EUR 0,30 / kWh or 2.50 SEK / kWh). This is expected to spot when you leave the deposit.
  • Down payment: 25% deposit, balance payable 4 weeks prior to departure. Arrival and departure Saturday (in season in late June - mid-September), otherwise possible by arrangement. Cancellation fee up to 42 days before arrival: 25% of the rent-to 28 days before arrival: 60% of the rent-from 27 days before arrival: 90% of the rent-otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 100% of the rent.
