Roland's house, consisting of 2 apartment buildings, located in a quiet location overlooking the green. The small swimming pool with sauna, table tennis, bike and laundry room are used by our guests like to do. An associated car parking space is in front of the house. The 3-room apartment on the top floor offers upscale amenities with comfortable leather sofa and chairs in the living area, a cozy

The Usedom Island is blessed by the sun. The location of Zinnowitz makes this place an ideal base for exploring the island, but feels that even a wide range ready - culinary (from fish sandwiches to the Indian restaurant) and culturally (from puppet theater to Vineta F estspiele) whether activities indoors or outside, whether living or idyllic village paths through beech forests and sandy beach from the apartment in about 8 minutes walk away.

Sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves, for example by swimming (Baltic, indoor swimming pool, Amber Spa on site), Walking, Cycling, but also for mini golf or tennis.

The climbing forest in Pudagla offers fun for the whole family. For kids and adults, a visit to the diving capsule, in the butterfly farm and of course the submarine in Peenemünde is an impressive experience.

Art and architecture lovers will be in their element.
