On an idyllic freshwater canal and a few steps from the Palmetto Golf Club you will find our 200 m2 villa, built in 2007 and completely newly equipped and renovated in November 2011.
Our villa offers you absolute privacy through the secluded pool area. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality steel electrical appliances (oven, dishwasher ceramic range, microwave, fridge and freezer with ice cube machine, different small appliances) and granite countertops. In the garage you will find a separate bottle fridge. A breakfast bar invites you to have a morning coffee.
The villa has four bedrooms, the two master suites are equipped with king size beds and offer a view of the pool area. The second master suite is by the pool, with a lot of privacy, in the separate secondary building and is equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, toaster, etc. so that you can find space for a second couple or people who wake up early. In each of the bedrooms you will find a 32 inch flat screen & DVD player.
In the master bathroom 1 you will find a heated whirlpool, which invites you to swim for hours. The three showers in the house are equipped with rain-shower shower heads.
The living room offers you a cosy sitting corner with a 55 inch LED flat screen, 7.1 surround system with Blue-Ray-Player and an iPod docking station, X-box and a gel fireplace.
In the dining area you will find a dining table for 6 people and a small bar, which invites you to unwind after eating.
The pool area is equipped with rattan seats for 8 people, four loungers and a cosy sitting corner. Four outdoor speakers and a large steel grill provide for the right ambiance. Our pool is a skin and allergy friendly salt water pool with a waterfall, shallow zone for children or to relax, and it can be heated individually. During the evening hours, the underwater lights provide a breath-taking atmosphere.
The outdoor facilities offer a Caribbean flair with palm trees, bird of paradise flowers, etc. From our 20 m2 sun terrace (behind the house), you will have a direct view of the canal. From here, you can watch turtles, fish and otters. On our dock, fishers find a place to catch different fish.
Internet is available on the entire property free of charge without restrictions. Your telephone call into the German fixed landlines is free of charge.
A washing machine and dryer with an 8 kg volume are available for large families.
All floors (carpet in the living room) and showers in the house have high-quality travertine tiles. Different games, books, 2 bicycles and 2 fishing poles also belong to the equipment of our villa.
