Our apartment is in a lovely complex that boasts both a swimming pool and a fully equipped gymnasium. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has air conditioning throughout. It has all mod cons in the kitchen including a microwave and washing machine. There is satellite TV and DVD player for those evenings in with a large selection of current DVDs. There is also a CD player. There is a balcony that runs the width of the apartment with access from both the lounge and the master bedroom through french windows. The view from the balcony is of the sea and countryside. It is a beautiful view to wake up to in the morning. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the centre of the village and is set in a very quite, peaceful area.

Oriklini is a lovely Cypriot village just 7km from the cosmopolitan city of Larnaca. The village is surrounded by countryside and hills. The village has several lovely tavernas and bars which offer traditional Cypriot food and entertainment. It is definitely a place where you can watch the world go by while enjoying a drink or meal with friends. The village has a supermarket and bank and all amenities for your holiday. There is a go-kart centre nearby and horse riding close to the village. Oriklini is a great location for exploring the beautiful island of Cyprus. The local 'blue flag' beach is a 5 minute drive away and Larnaca is 10 minutes away. Larnaca has a proliferation of restaurants and bars, many of them overlooking the sea and is a buzzing city at night. Activities to take part in this area include horse and donkey rides, mountain biking, quad biking and watersports on the beach. There are also fantastic walks with great scenery up and around Oriklini Hill.

  • Air conditioning (hot/cold) is inclusive of rental costs.
    A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable breakages/damage deposit of £75 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages as advised by our management agent.
    Prices quoted are in British Pounds '£' per week. Mid week arrivals/departures negotiable subject to availability.
    Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

There are many other fantastic places on the island to visit. Nicosia is a 30 minute drive and well worth a visit. The glorious beaches of Ayia Napa and lively nightlife is a 20 minute drive away and you can reach Paphos in just over an hour. The Troudos mountains are also within an hours drive and are a must for any visitor. Excellent complex built for resdential use indicates the apartments large size. Quiet no noise from other units
Fully equiped for 6 people large wadrobe space fully fitted kitchen.
Great location only an hour to Trodous mountain area and plenty to do locally. Entry to North via Pyla check point just 1/2 hour away. Bathing beach 15 mins Large supermarket Care Four in Lanaca 20 mins drive plenty smaller supermarkets in Village
Must take trip up mountain behind village great views walks etc.
Apartment easily suitable to two couples sharing with own bathrooms each. Great balcony for eating out good views in 2009 but possible building in future may detract slightly.
On site pool area is good but a litle cold in water at Easter.
Large sports comples due to be bulit at Pya just 10 mins away would make this location perfect.
Good outside Taverna in old village relax at lunchtime drink eat and talk to locals.
English spoken everyware. Easily found from Lanarca or Pafos airports first class suport from owner before and after holliday.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Brilliant apartment! Great location!

Enjoyed a fantastic family holiday in this apartment in early 2010. The apartment is very large with a good balcony with great views. The apartment is very well equipped with everything for a family holiday even down to snorkels and beach balls for the kids. The complex was very quiet and the people that we did see were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the fact that the village had some lovely tavernas, particularly the Mandras Tavern but was very close to Larnaca with all the extra facilities there. Managed to find some lovely beaches close by and explored the Island. The owner, Karen was very helpful before our holiday and everything was as she described it. We will definitely come again
