Located at the end of an avenue famed for it's baroque architecture, lined with cafés, shops and a daily indoor & outdoor market; every conveinence is within minutes of the apartment. Using the private residents lift, descending 9 floors below ground level, you can easily walk to Monaco Beach, the Monte Carlo Casino, the Grimaldi Forum and Monaco Harbour. The Monaco Penthouse is currently undergoing a renovation for the start of the 2010 season. Post renovation, the apartment will be the highest specification apartment available to rent in the Monaco area.

With over 300 days of sunshine a year and mild temperatures, it offers theater, opera, outstanding cuisine, world-famous spas, and high-adrenaline activities like the Formula One Grand Prix, casino gaming, land and water sports and arguably the best nightlife the French Rivera has to offer.. Nice-Côte d’Azur International Airport is a 30-minute drive, or the €80 HeliAir MonteCarlo takes 10 minutes, from the airport to its dedicated helipad near the harbour. Non-stop flights to Nice: 7 hours from New York, 10 from Tokyo, 2 from London. The new Monaco Train Station is served from Milan, Rome, Paris and Zurich amongst other destinations.
