Living and dining room: Kitchenette with stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and refrigerator with freezer. Dining table, 6 chairs, couch, design hanging lamp. Magnificent view of old Berlin courtyard. Tiled floor. No street noise when the windows are open.

Combined living room and bedroom 1 with laminated floor: Comfort double bed with shared mattress (2m x 0.9m), an extra bed (1.8 m x 0.9 m) if required, a table, a wardrobe, 2 chairs, 1 bedside table with lamp and LCD TV. The room is moderately dimmable. No street noise when the windows are open.

Combined living room and bedroom 2 with wooden floor: Heated bicameral comfort waterbed with maximum reassurance (2m x 2m). Luxurious leather rocking chair and Chesterfield sofa, 2 bedside tables with lamps, 2 wall lamps with remote control. 3D TV with Dolby Digital Surround system. Extra bed (1.8 mx 0.9 m) is possible. The room is moderately dimmable. With the window is opened, moderate level of noise from the street is audible.

Bathroom:

Tiled with heated floor, bath tub, wash basin, toilet, window, hair dryer and bathroom cabinet. Size: 6m2.

Our house renovated in old Berlin style and the apartment renovated in 2011 provides you a spectacular view of the TV tower, the tallest building in Germany, and Hackescher Markt (or Hacke’s Market).

Museum Island, Berlin Cathedral, Alexanderplatz, bank of River Spree, Hackescher Markt, the Reichstag in maximum 5 minutes on footpath.

There is a park and adventure playground in front of the door outside. You are right in the middle of heart of Berlin.

Berlin flair with galleries, music pubs, bars, boutiques and small restaurants, all nearby (100m).

It is the most iconic and historic corner of the city. Vibes of big city!!

Very Nice Apartment

We had a lovely stay in this Apartment! Dirk (the manager) was very helpful during our stay. He even helped us move our luggage both coming and going... The apartment is conveniently located minutes away from the train station. We drove and parked our vehicle for the whole stay. The vehicle was safe and not tampered with in a very safe neighborhood.

We will be staying here again when we return to Berlin.

lovely apartment

We spent 4 lovely days visiting Berlin and had the good fortune of choosing this apartment as our base. The flat was very clean, warm, the bedroom was of a good size with a very comfortable bed and a large modern wardrobe although i could have done with a mirror in the bedroom. The kitchen had everything you require and it was sparkling clean and modern. Lovely glass topped dining table, huge tv and comfy chaise longue. We were welcomed by our friendly and helpful host who had left a bottle of wine for us!! We highly recommend it and if we go back to Berlin we will certainly book it again.
