Between fruit trees and grape vines, the house is located in a 700 square meter garden - an oasis in the countryside. This tastefully furnished house in country house style is quietly located in the center, surrounded by gardens. Ammersee it is five minutes walk. The wooden floor three bedrooms for six to eight people (Nichtraucher!) are. Ideal for one or two families - with happy dog. In large Ess-/Wohnzimmerbereich is a beautiful, cozy fireplace. Between the Alps and Lake Ammersee Ammersee The idyllic location provides plenty of nature and wonderful excursions to the Bavarian castles and monasteries with beautiful beer gardens. Within Utting, there are haunted trails - the horse farm in Achselschwang or jump from the 2nd to the Celts Century BC. Andechs Monastery can be comfortably reached by boat or sports on the bike. The Zugspitze and the Alps are about one and a half hours. After Munich, you drive 40 minutes by car or train.
