Recently built spacious villa set in its own garden on a small private estate

Hamilton Estate is a private development near to Jolly Harbour, the premier marina, golf and leisure resort in the Caribbean, situated on the beautiful west coast of Antigua. Jolly Beach is just a 10 minutes walk away; a long sweep of soft white sand and turquoise sea fringed by palm trees, and the entrance to the marina is also just a 10 minutes walk away.

We are situated next to the new luxury Sugar Ridge boutique hotel which offers a spa, a gym, two restaurants and sophisticated nightly entertainment. Guests staying at Hamilton Estate are welcome to use the Sugar Ridge facilities.

Each of our three villas stands in its own garden and has 3 en-suite bedrooms, expansive internal and external living areas, and a private swimming pool with sundeck.

Guests staying at one of our villas can choose to include one or more days of their holiday aboard our 50' sailing yacht. Further details can be found at the end of this page.

Combine your stay with a day's sailing: For a very special experience, a day on our 50' sailing yacht ' will definitely prove a holiday highlight. The yacht is spacious and fitted out to an extremely high standard with a comprehensive inventory of equipment for personal safety and comfort. For fun and relaxation there are fins, masks and snorkels and a plethora of water toys; plus the tender for pottering about and shore leave.

There are so many places to explore around the coast of Antigua that each day on board offers new sights and destinations. You can choose to take it easy and relax for the day, leaving our crew to take care of everything, or you can actively participate in sailing the yacht. Snorkel over coral reefs and observe the Caribbean marine life - exotic fish, rays, turtles and dolphins - or laze on deck and enjoy freshly prepared meals with a choice of drinks. To end the day, drop anchor in another secluded bay, and enjoy canapés and cocktails as the sun goes down

Ffryes House has been designed for al fresco living with extensive verandas and decks that extend the internal spaces outwards. All principal rooms open to covered external areas, so suited to well-adjusted tropical living. The wide swing-back French doors can be secured open during the day to take full advantage of the cooling breezes and glorious sunshine. The 3 double bedrooms are all en-suite and there is a cot and high-chair available. The living area has French doors to two sides and is equipped with cable television, DVD player, hi-fi, and high-speed wireless Internet connection. The kitchen area is fully fitted with a range of base and wall units, oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a utility room with a washer/dryer. Doors lead out to the dining veranda which as a gas barbeque. Ceiling fans and air conditioning are fitted in all rooms. There are two large covered verandas and an open deck with a 12' x 10' pool. The villa has its own private garden.

Hamilton Estate is situated on the Caribbean west coast of Antigua, a fifteen minutes drive to the capital St John's and twenty-minutes from the airport. The Estate is nestled within a delightful hillside setting and Jolly Beach is about a seven minute walk away. The entrance to Jolly Harbour Marina and resort is also just a 10 minutes walk away. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities. A fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre with swimming pool, tennis courts, and a squash court cater for the actively minded, whilst the commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living. For all its many amenities, Jolly Harbour remains a sophisticated and tranquil setting to while away the holiday hours.

A Fantastic Haven in gorgeous Antigua

Booking was easy, getting there was easy and the villa was fantastic. Everything you could need from a holiday home. Airy, spacious, evrything you could need from large fridge to cd player and lovely living area to BBQ with all the bits.
Its just away from the main town of Jolly Harbour but close enough to be able top walk to the large supermarket.
The pool area is great for kids and theres ample towels to enjoy yourself around the villa. Likewise if you want to hire a car and drive around the villa is perfectly placed to visit Runaway Bay, Darkwood Beach, Ffryes Beach, Jolly Harbour Beach and Carlisle Bay.
I always think the true measure of a place is whether you would want to go back again? Our holiday at Ffryes House was fantasticand i'd go back tomorrow if i could!
