This new, friendly house is located in a quiet, sunny location, only 800 meters from the Baltic Sea in Asari. It lies at the end of a 2000m ² large green garden land, providing ample space for your child to fool around on the lawn. Parking for one car is available on the property. On the ground floor you will find the living area with kitchenette (induction cooker (2s)), the dining area, separate shower and toilet, a great sauna which is heated with a modern wood burning stove. Upstairs (loft) are a double bed, a single bed, on request cots. Perfect for parents with 1-2 children. The house offers comfort with the rustic charm of Latvia. Front of the house you have the opportunity to grill or make a camp fire. Whether you go from here trips to Riga (approx 45 min) or in the near and far - we have a good base to explore our beautiful country.

Through its 32 km long white sandy beaches, which stretched along the pine forests and the natural boundary of the city by the river Lielupe For those looking for an active holiday, there are tennis courts, fitness and bowling centers. "Livu Akvaparks" is the largest multifunctional water amusement park in north-eastern Europe. In yacht clubs can rent a personal watercraft or a yacht, or explore the area on horseback. Expect the gourmet restaurants and cafés, are interested in culture, art exhibitions, regional and international entertainment events and concerts.
