A traditional Florida style property with private screened pool, in a gated neighbourhood estate. Caribbean Cove is set between the fairways of a championship 18 hole golf course rated one of the top ten in Florida, with club house/restaurant. There is also a recreation centre with a gym, out-door heated pool and tennis courts.

It is away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando and yet just 20 mins from Disney.

Local attractions: Disney World and Epcot Main Gate Entrance is 19 miles. Universal Studios is 26 Miles. Sea World is 21 Miles. Tampa and Busch Gardens are 60 Miles. The Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches are 75 Miles. Orlando International Airport is 36 miles. Interstate 4 is 7 miles. The intersection of I92 and I4 is 16 miles.

Golf facilities: The villa is situated on one of the top ten golf courses in Florida (Golf Digest).There are around 7 other courses within a 10 minute drive, some very keenly priced.

Recreation Centre: All guests have access to the community recreation centre which boasts a large outdoor heated pool, small gym, pool table, outdoor tennis courts and children's activity play area.

The holiday villa was lovely and spacious. approx 30 mins from Disney and 25 mins from Lego land. The Villa was well kept, nicely furnished and previous tennants had left spices, sandwich bags, cling film, dishwasher powder etc, which really helped. pool was lovely and warm, towels were plentiful and we felt very at home in the villa. Thanks for a lovely stay

Our family spent our Christmas holiday at this rental property. I would highly recommend as it is situated within walking distance from major grocery stores and other merchants. Neighborhood was very quiet. House had all the amenities you would expect. Rental was very clean and the owner was accessible at all times. I would not hesitate to return.

Nice Central location

The house was immaculate, the pool was warm yet refreshing. We were able to take many day trips from this location and had a great vacation. I would recommend this rental to a friend or relative. We went on an airboat ride to see the gators; Manny's Chophouse is a must do resturant; went to the Arabian Nights Dinner show and went to visit many friends who reside in Florida. There are many golf courses nearby. Next time we will plan to stay longer.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
