Secure stylish apartment with breathtaking views, 5 mins from the beach

A modern, clean and stylish apartment, built in 2008. It has 2 double bedrooms and is situated within a secluded and secure (guard on site) residential complex minutes from the beautiful Becici beach. A large shared pool is on site, plus a second pool nearby and there is a small market 2 minutes walk away. This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area but easily accessible to local amenities. It benefits from a large balcony leading off the lounge with breathtaking views of the beach, sea and Sveti Stefan. It is comfortably furnished, air conditioned and benefits from all the mod cons. There are curtains in the lounge and solid shutters for the bedroom windows to keep out the light and heat when required.

The apartment is easily accessible from the airports of Tivat (40mins), Podgorica (40mins) and Dubrovnik (2hrs).

MONTENEGRO AIRLINES start flying direct from Gatwick from June 15th on Wednesdays and Sundays and the fare starts at GBP190 return.

JAT AIRLINES fly from Heathrow to Podgorica and Tivat via Belgrade

Great Spot and Close to Beach & Restaurants

Went for a long weekend in May. Was a great place to explore the local area but to come home to comfort and wonderful views. Very well kept apartment and a friendly cleaner and on site Manager should you need any help with anything. Competitively priced and so perfect for a short or longer getaway. Quiet and no building work nearby either!

Superb Holiday in July 2010

Fantastic apartment and very nicely located with superb views. This is a fairly new complex and it is very well kept with plenty of staff on hand to help you and a great 'family friendly; swimming pool. The apartment is on the top floor so is very quiet but easy to access. I loved the layout of the apartment which was cool and airy and made the best of the views from all rooms.

The apartment itself is well equipped and extremely comfortable. There were six of us so we made use of the sofa-beds in the lounge which were as nice as the beds and the curtains kept the morning sun out very well.

For advice, Jovo and his staff were very helpful and had plenty of good tips for us too.

Nearby, the beach at Becici is within easy walking distance and there is plenty of space and the prices are very reeasonable. Montenegro still has that 'undiscovered' feeling!

Dealing with the owner was a ppleasure and all enquiries were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I would definitely come back here again and particularly appreciated the competitive pricing of this apartment and hope this continues next year! Enjoy Montenegro before the whole world discivers it!!

The apartment is in a good position and from the balcony you have a beautiful view over the Adriatic. For questions, Sascha was for us as a contact person and a great help small problems were immediately removed.

the apartment is in a good location 10 mins walk to old town and beach. it was very clean and comfortable. maria th host was amazing, giving us lifts to the old town and the port. overll a great experience.

Io e miei amici abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento lo scorso agosto per una settimana .L'appartamento coincide perfettamente alla descrizione ,è luminoso,arieggiato,pulito,e ha una bella vista sul mare, e si trova in una zona strategica..vicino al mare e a budva godendo tuttavia di una tranquillità maggiore... Lo staff è disponibile e cordiale.. e disponibile ad aiutarvi e a consigliarvi i posti piu belli da visitare..unico piccolo inconveniente la lavatrice non funzionava molto bene.. ma questo non è stato un gran problema..Per quanto riguarda il mare vi sconsiglio le spiagge adiacenti ..seppur belle sono piuttosto affollate e sporche..a pochi minuti di macchina c è ne sono altre molto piu belle e incontaminate ...é stata una bella vacanza e la spesa è stata piuttosto contenuta..

A 10 minute walk to the famous Becici beach surrounded by greenery with wonderful views and enveloped by spectacular mountains. A short drive to Budva, a beautiful walled city, with plenty to offer in modern shops, nightlife, excellent value restaurants and seeped in history. Sveti Stefan is just down the road and Kotor, Podgorica (the capital) the Skadar Lake and many ancient monasteries are within easy driving distance. Montenegro is still largely undiscovered and offers magnificent, unspoilt scenery, many historical sites, clean, safe beaches, waterside restaurants and bars and a variety of water sports. You can explore remote country areas, visit ancient Venetian fortresses, medieval monasteries or just chill by the pool. There are also several luxury spas situated in the nearby hotels. Self-catering is also no problem with both large and small supermarkets nearby and fresh fish available daily on the quayside. A great family holiday spot and particularly child friendly. .

We use a local firm run by Marko. He is based in Sveti Stefan and has a fleet of vehicles from a Peugeot 206 upwards. If you land in Dubrovnik he will meet you at the airport in a people carrier and bring you to Becici and give you your car. This service cost 100 Euros each way and car hire (for a 206) starts
