Located in a smart residential area between the villages of Valbonne and Mouans Sartoux, just 20 minutes drive to the coast and under half an hour from Nice airport.

This spacious and recently renovated family friendly villa with large private pool, accommodates an extended family or group of friends (up to 14 people). The property boasts breathtaking views over the mountains and nearby villages. It has a modern kitchen, two reception rooms, seven bedrooms (one of which is a studio apartment) and six bathrooms. The gated, air-conditioned villa has a secure perimeter fence and sweeping 8000m lawned gardens, planted with fruit and palm trees and housing a children's climbing frame and swing set. Located in a smart residential area between the popular villages of Valbonne and Mouans Sartoux, just 20 minutes drive to the coast and half an hour from Nice airport. Golf, tennis courts, shops, restaurants and horseriding are close by.

To secure the booking a 25% deposit payment will need to be made into a French euro account using current exchange rate. See Owners Direct conversion calculator. The remaining balance needs to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival in a similar fashion. A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required 7 days before arrival and will be returned following departure. Bookings are Saturday to Saturday only in peak seasonal months.
