This spacious and beautiful, two bedroom, two full bath condominium directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The building and unit are located directly on the private white sandy beach of Redington. The Unit has direct ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, full kitchen, and oversized balcony. Enjoy this extremely private and quiet beachfront setting perfect for your vacation or extended stay. Unit is located on second floor of a quaint 18 unit three-story building named Redington Place. You will not find a better location on the west coast of Florida.

Complex includes beachfront pool with large patio for sunning or entertaining. Watch the dolphins play and take in the world renowned sunsets, while relaxing on your large private patio which can be accessed from the living room and the master suite. Across the street enjoy the amenities of Redington Beach park equipped with full playground, basketball court, and shuffleboard courts. Fish from the nearby pier, go dolphin watching in the Gulf or Intercoastal waters, or enjoy local attractions in Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach or John's Pass, all just a short drive away. A trolley also runs for approximately 20 miles along Gulf Boulevard’s many beach communities from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach with a stop of course right at Redington Place Condominium for your convenience.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2002
Why The Owner chose Redington Beach

After thoroughly searching the entire gulf beach communities we purchased our beach haven in 2002 and refer to it as our "little slice of heaven". I have lived in the area since 1984 and selected Redington Place because of it's quaint private setting and world famous sunsets.

What makes this condo unique

Redington Place is perhaps the closest building to the Gulf Of Mexico on the entire west coast of Florida. Our place is extrememly private and peaceful. We spend most of the summer here and enjoy all that this perfect beach has to offer. We especially enjoy the daily dolphin show at sunset.
