Modern flat located at the sea front in Maiori, city in the center of the Amalfi Coast that combines comfortable beach with a big promenade, typical restaurants and historic interesting places. Disposable for any season holiday rental, thanks to the mild climate; self catering. There are 2 large bed rooms, a large dining room, 2 bathrooms and two balcony. elder 60's stile. Elevator. The location is ideal to get to all the most interesting places of Campania. The large beach is very near to the house & really comfortable for children and all the people that need easy access to the sea. From the touristic port in front of the house, at only 30 meters, there are a lot of boats and ships going to all the more interesting sites of the coast and of the region, so that you will not need to have a car, if you don't want to. There are also buses to all cities and sites. The coast is very tall, so that you will find mountain walking, swimming, history, gastronomy, art & all your holiday desires.

  • Methods of payment For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, the payment of one third (1/3) of the total amount of the stay is required in advance, by wire transfer on my bank account. The balance will be paid on arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you decide not to come here, a refund of one third (1 / 3) of the entire rental fee, whether fully paid or the entire advance, shall be considered if the letter of renunciation for the stay (by e - mail) will be sent within the 45 days before arrival, and vice versa if the apartment is no longer available.. No reimbursement will be given back to those clients who don't arrive, without any notification. In case You interrupt Your holiday after its beginning for any reason, no reimbursement (100% of the sum) will be given back.

Notes: The balcony, with beach chairs and umbrella, for the sunny hours, is like a direct vision to the city, port and sea. there are also two garden tables, and chairs, where 7-8 people can eat or stay; on the other balcony, looking on the kitchen, there is an external wash-tub, the washing machine, an iron barbeque and 4 drying washing strings. in both bedrooms there are large wardrobes. there are also: one little portable air conditioner and 4 electric heather. there are 3 tv and 2 stereo radios. There is a courtyard where it is possible to park your car; there are no fixed places for any apartment owner, so, in summer weekends, maybe busy; there is a porter who can help you, for a little tip if you want, to keep a place everytime, also in the high season.

Fantastic Location, Appt' requires minor attention

We stayed at Maiori appartment in June 2009.
We were very happy with the location, Maiori is very well located, easy to get to and for access to Amalfi and Positano. It's an easy town to get around and not as expensive as other locations on the coast.
The building that the appartment is in is well maintained and well located.
The Appartment itself is very spacious and the balconies are great to sit on during the evenings. The owner was an excellent communicator, reliable, helpful and friendly.

A couple of small complaints that we thought needed addressing.
-The appartment needs a good thorough spring clean, it is tidy but not clean.
-For the price (although not expensive) it would be nice if the owner would spend 50-100 euro on some new towels and linen. The ones we were supplied with were old and threadbare.
-The hot water system is inadequate for the appartment. We were 4 adults and a baby and at best we got 3 short hot showers. The 4th person had a cold shower and we had to boil water to make a warm bath for our baby. Not ideal when you have been in the sun and on a beach all day. This appartment can accomodate up to 10 people....there should be ample hot water for 5.

Please note these are small complaints and overall our experience was a good one. Thank you for the use of the appartment.

I and my wife, child, and parents stayed at this apartment in October 2008 and had a wonderful time. The two balconies had excellent views of the sea and the property was located just a few feet from the SITA bus stop which can take you to the other cities in the area, such as Minori, Amalfi and Positano. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to spend some time on the Amalfi coast.

Holiday at Maoiri apartment

This apartment is very well suited for exploring the Amalfi coast area. There are views from the balcony of the beach and harbour which is just across the road. There are supermarket shops, restaurants and bars within easy reach. The apartment has large comfortable rooms and is equiped with everything you need for your stay. We had a 91 year old with us and the lift was very useful. I would recommend this apartment the owner was very helpful and we had an enjoyable stay.

We found this accomodation very roomy and it suited all our needs we could eat out or self cater. It has a beautiful view from the balcony and is easy accesable to all restaurants and bars. There was not much for teenagers to do in evening but plenty during the day. It is a great base to travel around and see the sights. Beach is fantastic and to hire a boat and travel around the coast is amazing the views are breathtaking. The owner was very helpful he kept in touch by e-mail giving us directions and so on. The airconditioning might be a problem in hotter weather but I would truly recommend this property for a holiday.

Es wird genau das versprochen ,wie es in der Beschreibung ist,wir hatten eine tolle Zeit,es ist ideal gelegen für ausflüge,dierekt am Strand,und die lokalen Restaurants sind sehr zu empfehlen.
