You have this built in 1920, according to biological criteria lovingly restored Hofensemble alone. From the dining room you have direct access to a door not visible yard, which is still paved with the original bricks and is lined with lavender and wisteria. The house has a unique and high-quality furniture with many nice details. The house offers enough space for six people. Through its division, it is ideally suited for a family with several children or generations. The easy access to Potsdam and Berlin, and its close proximity to Schwielow make a car unnecessary and allow for a varied holiday, in which neither the need 'to dangle the soul', yet the need for culture and new experiences comes up short.
The Ground Floor: The ground floor is the dining room with direct access to the courtyard and built of old brick kitchen, which has a heated floor and fitted with a washer and dryer laundry room. From the kitchen you reach the tastefully decorated with rattan furniture patio garden with its small garden shed, which invites for romantic hours of rest. The garden is also exclusively available to tenants and is not visible from the neighboring properties. Downstairs there is also a fully-equipped library, a study room with free Wi-Fi option, and a living room with fireplace, big screen TV, satellite TV and DVD player. A selection of DVDs is available at the cottage. Furthermore, the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed, fireplace and private sitting area. Also, here is a shower room.
The first floor: The first floor has a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a light-filled space that offers plenty of storage space can be used by its beautiful atmosphere as a playroom. Children's books, game pad and a safety grid for the stairs are available.
