Only a 10 minute walk from Cisternino, yet immersed in greenery, Terrabona enjoys the tranquillity of the countryside that surrounds it, with other trulli scattered amongst vineyards and olive groves visible in the distance. The trullo was expertly restored in 2004, in an architectural project which preserved the original structure of the trullo and combined it with the functionality and comfort of a modern home. Inside, white rooms furnished with select pieces of furniture accentuate the traditional cone-shaped ceilings. From the kitchen and the sitting room, there is direct access to the pergola, which is equipped with a convenient built-in barbecue with ample work surfaces and a table which seats 6. On the other side of the house is another pergola with a built-in double sofa that looks out on the most panoramic side of the villa. The house is surrounded by a garden on three sides, in which there is a small swimming pool with a waterfall and a covered parking area it is completely enclosed by a stone wall. Terrabona is in the heart of the Valle d’Itria, nicknamed Trulliland, only 10 minutes from Ostuni, Martina Franca and Locorotondo.
DISTANCES: Supermarket is 1km, Martina Franca is 10kms, Cisterino is 1km and Ostuni is 14kms. The Adriatic Coast is 25minutes and the Ionian Sea is 35minutes. The Bari airport is 75kms, the Brindisi airport is 55kms and the Rome airport is 525kms.
Electricity is included up to 330kwh, cooking service is available for €20 per hour, and extra maid service is €10 per hour. These extra services are paid locally in Euros. This villa does not have a phone.
