    Martin Air has flights from Amsterdam direct to Cancun.. JetBlue, USAirways, Delta, American, Frontier Air Canada (avoid Homeland Security in the USA) and many others. Prices are very LOW know as passenger travel is down.

    We know it is not an easy time just now however a group of 10 here even in High season is less $57 a person a Night! Heck you can't stay at a motel 6 for that! Come down. Our Soliman Bay community is Gated and securely guarded 24 hours a day. The entire area is VERY safe. Duluth has a higher crime rate! Today 29 August is blindingly Sunny with a cobalt sky and 87 F! H1N1 INFLUENSA VIRUS: Just a note with the hysteria regarding this 'Swine Flu' WE HAVE NOT HAD ONE SINGLE CASE ON THE ENTIRE RIVIERA MAYA OR INDEED THE ENTIRE STATE as of 2 May 2009. You are safer here from this virus than you are in Duluth! The media and the governments use the word MEXICO when issuing travel advisories but we are the Yucatan Peninsula and looking at a map of cases worldwide, we have NOT ONE. WE are SAFE Haven..Come join us when all the other tourists have canceled because they are afraid and ignorant of the size and geography of this Country. We are Flu Free!

For those who want a spectacular view on a preserved bay, with probably one of the most interesting reef of the Riviera Maya, this is a good choice. Plus a possibility of adjusting with the casitas the capacity to our need.
This was 5th time in Soliman Bay. This time, we met Bill and we just are waiting for the next opportunity to know him better. Thanks, Foubert's Family

Beach front perfection!

Casa Playa Maya is where you go to get 'one with the universe'. I've visited 'CPM' on several occasions when I felt the need to 'get away from it all'. There are numerous dining experiences in the area and Senor Bill(the owner/mgr) can give you insight on which ones are suited to your tastes. Or you can 'cook in' with the full featured kitchen and barbeque grill.

You won't find a more beautiful place on the beach and it has the best front porch for sittin', swingin'(in the hammocks), drinkin', readin' or just beach watching.

The Great Room is perfect for providing a place for everyone to get together and you won't miss any beach action with wall to wall windows.

Whoever pulls the long straw gets the upstairs bedroom and that's just because of the '2nd floor' view. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have expansive bath areas.

There are 2 one-bdroom casitas with full amenities to allow for even larger family gatherings. The casitas are also air conditioned.

CPM provides everything you need to enjoy the water. Situated right in the middle of the bay, there is excellent snorkling right off the beach and the kayaks can take you out further.(Don't get into the reef; it'll cut you to ribbons!)

Rent a car and explore the area or let Senor Bill set you up with whatever tour meets your fancy. Casa Playa Maya will take care of your vacation needs. Everyone should have the experience of CPM at least once in their lives. I'm fortunate to have had many and the prospect of more to come.

There could be not better location. Far enough from Cancun to be out of the bustle, but close enough to great restaurants, and all the tourist things I wanted to see. What could be better than being on your own private bay (Solomon Bay), sipping a cold beer under a cabana at your house on the beach, a stone's throw from the sea?
The owner (who is on the property) and his staff took care of everything from shopping for food to suggesting tourist attractions. Very friendly, very helpful. Did not want to leave. Have recommended several friends to this property who have come back with rave reviews for the property, location, the owner and his staff.

Wonderful vacation

It was perfect! Soliman Bay had wonderful snorkling - our own small reef 20 feet out from shore. We saw lots of fish, beautiful sunrises, walks on the beach, birds and for 11 of us it was perfect.

Fantastic Vacation Property for Larger Groups

All 4 Generations from Canada just recently returned from a once in a lifetime Family Reunion at Casa Playa Maya. Wonderful!

The staff groomed the beach, and did all the dishes and we enjoyed bar-b queing, lounging, and the kids beachcombed and snorkeled all day long.

We would recommend Casa Playa Maya to anyone who want a stunning beachfront vacation with privacy and all the comforts without the Mega Hotel atmosphere. And our day trips always ended with us returning to CPM with the feeling of returning home.
