The PS Montery is a beautiful vacation rental home that is located in the heart of Palm Springs on a very quiet street where most of the homes have been refurbished. Just a few minutes drive from downtown's shopping, restaurants, and entertainment!

This beautiful home was decorated by one of the original members of the hit series "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy". This completely updated mid-century 3-bedroom/3-bathroom vacation house truly gives new meaning to indoor-outdoor living offering you the pampered resort experience Palm Springs is famous for.

The enchantment begins the moment you pass through the double front doors which open into a tranquil courtyard and on to a spacious and completely private outdoor living area with spectacular mountain views. With a large heated swimming pool, it's a true paradise for sun worshippers, with a built-in tiki bar, outdoor dining area and various lounging areas. Listen to the soothing fountain, cool down in the outdoor shower and relax in the two-person hammock nestled under tropical citrus trees when you need a break from the sunshine.

Step inside this modern house and relax with first class comforts and deluxe amenities including a stainless steel gourmet kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 elegant bathrooms, an extra large living room which includes a fireplace and separate dining area. The living room opens up with several French doors to the beautiful and spacious outside area and pool with BBQ. The master suite contains a modern Italian designed cal king bed with French doors that open onto a private patio. Middle bedroom has a queen size bed with French doors opening up to its own separate patio. The third bedroom has a comfortable designer queen size bed. Additionally, a cozy den with a 34" TV and second fireplace offers a wonderful place to relax.

This rental home includes all the high-tech conveniences. It has direcTV with over 180 channels, including 30 music channels, connected to the indoor/outdoor sound system. The built-in sound system has speakers in all rooms including outdoor speakers around the pool and lounging areas. TVs, DVD players, VCRs and telephones (with free long distance) can be found throughout the house. A desktop for your use as well as wireless internet access, is also available.

To add to the entertainment fun, the 2-car garage has been converted to a games room with Air-hockey, Table Tennis, Fussball and darts.

Perfect Weekend

We arrived early and though the house was not ready Daniel made sure we could come by and get our food out of the hot car. The house was a perfect layout for 6 people. Plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we needed since we never left the property. But the outside was what made it really special. The west facing yard gave us the perfect amount of sun morning through night. The pool was great and there was plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor furniture. Game room in the garage and a few bikes for a morning ride kept us busy.
Great place for families, friends and couples.
Thanks again Daniel for making us feel right at home and getting us settled.

Oasis in the Desert

We had a wonderful stay at this oasis of tranquility. The house was beautifully maintained, everything one might need--and more--was available. Hard to think how it ould be improved. And service was excellent, especially considering we arrived in the wee small hours of the morning. Just great!

We rented this house for 5 days over Memorial Day weekend. It was heaven! The house is exactly as advertised. I have to give credit to the owners for their attention to detail. Everything is exactly as one would want it to be - from the beautiful design of the home and furnishings to the utensils in the kitchen. The entire house is designed for comfort and relaxation. The beds and linens are super comfortable and the towels are fluffy. But everything is also low maintenance. We felt very at ease in the house. There is also a very good DVD selection and two nights we stayed in and watched movies. It was the perfect end to a wonderful day in the pool.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation in a fabulous house--

My sister and our husbands stayed at the house for 10 days... and wanted to stay longer. The privacy aspect is perfect (albeit odd because it's in a subdivision). The amenities inside and outside the house are also perfect. Outside shower is great. Furniture is comfy. We had a small issue with the kitchen sink which was happily fixed pronto; the kitchen is top notch. Wifi works great. Sound system is the best. Bedding is wonderful, too! A TV in the living room would be the single thing we could have used. Loved it! We will be back!

We felt instantly at home as we walked in the front door & we were in a lovely, private courtyard of our own with a pool, lawn, private sitting areas off the Master & one other bedroom. Lemon, lime and orange trees providing an abundance of fruit, and sweet little hummingbirds dashing in to take a dab of water from the sculptural water feature. Indoors, all the amenities needed for a family of four (two adult children) in style--bold,
cheery accent walls refreshing after a very grey winter in Vancouver. Two sitting area, two fireplaces.. Yes, we'll be back! Very near downtown Palm Springs, airport and great high end grocery store Jensons, 25 minutes from Indian Wells for the tennis tournament. Well located, interesting midcentury modern architecture! and great hikes at Indian Canyon.
