The newly renovated apartment is situated in a grandiose building which originally dates back to the 15th century but in its present form since the 18thc and once the residence of noble gentry, the building is a land mark in Santa Maria built directly on the rocks and seafront it was in later years the gathering point of fishermen who would dock their boats on the lower 'cantinas'. Today the main building retains its original features but has been converted into apartments. The perfect beach and sea location for children, couples or honeymooners.

Santa Maria: The neighbouring village of San Marco with its picturesque port can be reached in a short bus/ car drive or by walking along the beach from Santa Maria.
