5 bedrooms sleeps 10 on 2 floors with 3 bathrooms and a pool bathroom

This wonderful, individual villa is suitable for large families. Due to the 2 separate floors with private access it is ideal for a 'generation vacation' or 2 families that share. The house is located in a popular, exclusive residential district, surrounded by pine trees and without large adjoining streets. It comprises 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with an adjacent bathroom, the second, very generously designed, has an en suite bathroom. The large bedroom can be opened to the upper terrace with magnificent sea views by 2 big French doors. The ample and bright living and dining area has a chimney. From here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Malgrat islands as well. The lower floor borders to the sea side on a very spacious covered terrace. In the interior there is a modern kitchen with a Spanish style brick build area: Red marble with blue and white tiles, cherry tree wood, stainless steel and stained glass.

You can find the red marble combined with Mallorcan tiles also in the bathroom on the lower floor. Apart from the two bedrooms with two single beds each, there is a living/sleeping area on the lower floor, visually separated by a step. Here predominates the cherry tree wood, stainless steel, glass and light textiles. Below the lower terrace, accessible over a few steps, is a large lawn with old pine trees and an adjacent garden with local plants, that is maintained by the gardener Toni. Toni comes twice a week and takes care of garden, pool and everything else that is to do. Below the house, accessible over a few steps from the garden, is the pool level with an adjacent pool bathroom. Beside the pool there is an outdoor shower. Sunloungers and other garden furniture are available.

Detached villa in a perfect hillside location on the Costa de la Calma, on the edge of a naturally grown pine forest with marvellous sea views on the bay of Santa Ponsa and the Malgrat islands. Costa de la Calma itself is in the south west, between Santa Ponca and Paguera, about 20 minutes from Palma, 13 minutes from Puerto de Antraitx and about 25 minutes by car from the airport of Palma de Mallorca. The object is located in exclusive residential district far away from mass tourism, but the centre of Costa de la Calma and/or the beaches of Costa de la Calma and Paguera with diverse leisure activities is accessible in a few minutes by walking. The necessary facilities like supermarkets, pharmacies, clinics and car hire are 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes away by car. The house is located on a garden property of 800 m².

Golf: Costa de la Calma lies in the middle of the best equipped golf infrastructure of Mallorca. In a few minutes you can get from here to the famous golf courses of Santa Ponsa I, II, III, Camp de Mar, El Toro and Bendinat.
