A detached villa in grounds, set in the countryside with nice view, located 3 km from the sea and the small town of the Blanes, with beach and marina. The grounds include gardens and driveway for several vehicles. Swimming pool 12m by 6m, use and maintenance included. The villa is very peaceful, with a mini forest on one side and surrounding fields. Ideal for author, extended holiday or rest-recuperation. Assistance may be available for Spanish-English translation emergency help, riding, golf, restaurants, Waterworld and other leisure facilities within very easy reach. Supermarkets 2.5 km Barcelona 60km, girona 35km. Barcelona airport 70km, Girona airport 25km (Ryanair).
