This is an excellent privately owned 2 bedroom penthouse apartment (3 floors) on the very friendly and well maintained complex of Victoria Court 2. This complex is 200 m from the promenade and 500mts from the beach and harbour. This spacious apartment is very tastefully furnished throughout, the lounge has new sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, Satellite TV, DVD, a well equipped kitchen including new oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle & toaster. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There is a very large terrace which leads from the lounge and also from the master bedroom, which also has a second terrace overlooking the large swimming pool (heated in winter), sunbathing terraces and gardens of the complex. Victoria Court 2 is suitable for families and couples wanting a relaxing holiday and everything they need within easy walking distance.

The picturesque resort of Los Cristianos is situated on the south coast of Tenerife, one of the most popular islands of the Canaries. Los Cristianos was once a fishing village and although now a popular resort still maintains some of the old charm. The apartment is situated within easy reach of good shops restaurants and bars that are amongst the best on the Island. It also close to the famous Sunday Market. Close by is Paloma beach with its sandy beach and also the harbour of Los Cristianios where you can book all your excursions.
