Ideally located near famous, historic village of Biot, ideally situated at five minutes from the seashore and beaches, with the comfort of convenient shopping and banks, only two minutes away. This beautiful air conditioned apartment opening on terrace and lovely garden, very well equipped for alfresco dining, nice arbor to enjoy pleasures of the nature and resting. Very well kept lawn. Garden enclosed and quiet, with trees providing natural shade, lot of flowers, decorative well perfectly placed. Biot situated between Nice and Cannes near to Antibes, is a picturesque , historic, Provencal village. Its narrow streets reflect historic events. In brief, all amenities of this place are seductive. Its exceptional artistic art gallery, splendid glass works, potteries...A lot of festivals take place all the year round, and much more during the summer. A five to ten minutes drive take you to beaches, with casino, dance, amusement park, and famous ' Marineland ' marine zoo, very entertaining.

Biot, situated between Nice / Cannes, near Antibes, is a picturesque, historic, Provencal village. Its narrow streets reflect historic events. Located on a hill among the greenery, Biot , dates back to 154 B.C, and since reconstruction in 1470, has been able to protect the authentic features of a medieval village. Its exceptional artistic and creation patrimony, with its old stones, museums, art gallery, splendid glass works, potteries. From this location, it is very easy to go to Antibes in 15 minutes, for a stroll in old town, remparts, the arbour 'Vauban', most famous yachting in Europe. Do not forget, the little paradise 'Cap d'Antibes', witch you discover trough a path. Nice, 'La Promenade des Anglais ', Cannes, 'La Croisette 'will be you delighted. Monaco, with the luxury, while you admire the fantastic panorama on your way. Then, go back your nice home in Biot, to relax.

  • Booking are taken in euros and running from Saturday to Saturday. After 15 pm to 10 am.
    A non refundable deposit of 25 % of the rental price at the time of booking is required, balance is payable at the
    arrival. Also at the arrival the owners will ask you for a deposit of 800 euros. This will be refunded if nothing
    is damaged, broken or lost and no special cleaning is required. A contract will be send to you to clarify
    everything.
  • Insurance, A copy of holiday insurance will be asked, (see your home insurance) Thank you.
