Located just minutes from 3 world class resorts and Gorgoza Park. Directly across from RedStone (Park City's Newest shopping and dining as well as Movie theatre**Walk to Starbucks and Local Shopping on Community trails** .. Close enough to I-80 to increase the chances of finding the freshest powder of the day .preferred location limits the congestion and traffic of Old Town Park City. This is a Non-Smoking Home ..I do live in the home seasonally and having an owner that occupy s the unit really makes a difference in regards to the details , so please consider this incredible home.
Bear Hollow Village is a new vacation community within 1.5 miles to The Canyons, 5 miles to Park City, and 6 miles to Deer Valley. 1 mile to the Kimball Junction exit gives you easy access to get to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Sundance, Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and several cross-country areas all within a 45 minute drive.
This award-winning community is located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park and is situated close to shopping and restaurants. A private clubhouse is available with a hot tub and gym to be enjoyed year round and an outdoor pool open during the summer.
The Community now has a pedestrian traffic only route to local shops groceries restaurants and coffee shops .free local fitness room , as well as 2 incredible facilities within a 10 minute walk / 5 minute Jog , this location is the best in park city for convenience

I have been visiting and enjoying the incredible outdoors here in Utah for the past 15 years, I now am a proud owner of my own home and manage several other units here in Park City specifically Bear Hollow . When I moved out here to be a permanent resident I chose Bear Hollow do to it's geographical location . It is within a stones throw of restaurants and shoppes yet its location still gives you that living in the mountains feeling .

Our family was fortunate enough to spend part of our Christmas vacation this year staying at this beautiful home. The owner (Richard) was very accommodating, easy to work with, and made sure that we had everything we needed as a family to enjoy our time in the Park City area. The home itself is very, very comfortable, with enough space for our family of seven to stretch out and relax. Home is well appointed, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and linens, great kitchen. The location cannot be beat: at the foot of the Olympic Ski jump complex; less than a mile to great shopping, then the Interstate; and very close to the Canyons ski area. Roads are well maintained in order to get around during winter storms. Skiing is fantastic. Snow tubing close by (you've got to try this if you haven't done it before.....my 68 year old mother-in-law had a BLAST!). Great shops and wonderful restaurants in the area. Bottom line: the home was wonderful, and part of a fantastic Christmas memory for our family! I would not hesitate to contact Richard again for a future stay.
Wonderful home. Extremely clean and comfortable, new appliances and accessories and lots of space. The home is equipped with a large kitchen and lots of space in the garage to store our skies and boots. The home is located near a Whole Foods and a Smiths grocery store along with a Starbucks and several restaurants. Less than a 10 minute drive to Main Street and ski areas.
We stayed at this house with another family during Christmas week. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and ideally located. The owner was super helpful with tips & suggestions. We highly recommend this rental!
This family vacation consisted of 9 people ages from 50s to freshman in college. The property is located such that activities for all are within easy access. There was bus access on the free shuttle which provides free transportation to Park City downtown as well as, to all three snow sport areas, Deer Valley, Park City, and the Canyons.
The house is extremely clean, immaculately designed and equipped providing a superb respite after an exciting day on the slopes. We cooked dinner frequently during our stay and the kitchen proved as advertised with all accouterments required for meal preparation of large portions for hungry adventurers. We would most definitely stay here again.
The house was appropriate for our family size (with 2 grandsons) and very convenient to various ski areas. The house was well equipped and maintained. While we were there we did contact the owner for assistance and he was very responsive. I would rate our trip and stay an A plus.
A group of my friends and I went for a Super Bowl weekend ski vacation. This house was terrific. It was very comfortably appointed and all of the beds were very cozy. The location is terrific for hitting any if the park city hills or hopping onto I80 and getting to the surrounding ski hills.
I would definately rent here again.
