This apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to beaches (nearest 5 minutes walk ) and all amenities. It has use of a pool with children's pool. It is set in lovely gardens. There are a selection of bars, restaurants and shops in the locality. Only 400 metres from the sea, it is conveniently situated for a holiday to relax or enjoy the amenities of the town centre 30 minutes stroll away. There is an aqua park in high season. Several excellent golf courses and a marina and funfair all to hand. Slightly further afield the spectacular theme park of Terra Mitica is well worth a visit. Torrevieja boasts one of the largest street markets in Spain if shopping is your thing. Local buses are available at the end of the road every 20 minutes to take you wherever your fancy takes you, whether that be into town or to the fantastic beaches of Torrevieja and La Mata. There is a nature reserve offering a visitors centre, nature walks and birdwatching only a short distance away.

The apartment is well appointed. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils provided. The Double and Twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and all bed linen is provided. The large balcony is equipped with furniture to enhance your stay and your tan! There are many excellent beaches in the area all very accessible. The locality is well served with good supermarkets and restaurants. The large salt lakes on the edge of town create a micro climate giving sunshine for most of the year. The waterfront in the town has been enhanced and improved making an ideal place to promenade in the pleasant evening sunshine. Excursions and boat trips are available from the marina. The many golf courses all have a superb reputation and can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The Mar Menor and La Manga are an hour away. This is an excellent base for a family beach holiday or for couples to relax and take in the sunshine and culture of Spain.
