Comfortably equipped apartment (laminate flooring, kitchen and bathroom tiled) dishwasher, washing machine, stereo, PC with internet (adsl, WiFi, printer, scanner, fax, satellite TV, DVD-Player, stereo, shower, tub, dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove, oven, fridge). Bedlinen and towels are provided.

Location in the countryside: The apartment is located in Hietzing close to the Lainzer Tiergarten. Beautiful and relaxing walks with an impressive scenery close to Vienna are possible. In close proximity there are several supermarkets and restaurants. By public transport you can reach the city centre in 20-30 minutes and the Schloss/ Tiergarten Schönbrunn or the Technisches Museum in 10 minutes.

Internet: The apartment is equipped with a computer space with internet access including a printer and a scanner, WiFi is also provided.

The apartment is located close to the Lainzer Tiergarten - about 10 minutes walk to the Hermes Villa and 10 minutes (tram) to Schloss Schönbrunn. The connection to the public transport is very good, 50 m to the tram line 60, 62 and approximately 100 m to the bus stop (56B, 156B, 60B). The next supermarket is about 200m away, and there are several restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The apartment is on a side road in a quiet location, parking is free of charge (no short-term parking zone) on the kerbside.
