The house is a typical Swedish wooden house. The builders called it Solhem - What means as much as solar home. It is built in 1938 and painted green and white. It takes its name because it is wonderfully sunny location on a small hillock on a large garden plot (2500 m2). It is usually a light wind, the height of summer very pleasant.
The house has been lovingly restored and tastefully furnished, retaining the original style has been obtained. There is a fully equipped household, from the bread maker to above the kettle, toaster, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and a kitchen machine is in addition to the things above all there.

The Baltic Sea can be reached in 50 km on the amount of Oskarshamn and for bathing.
The fishing and canoeing river Eman is in good range.

Also the Crystal Kingdom with Outlet and shops are easily accessible.
Nearby there is a moose park with children's playground. In Malilla (20km) there is a speedway track with events.
Ski: There are Virserum in winter Skiabfahrtspiste. Even beginners. In the wider area there are more departures.
