Home features sweeping ocean views from every room and designer-inspired furnishings in elegant island style. Built for entertaining, living room has built-in wet bar and opens onto oversized, wraparound balcony. Fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen and separate dining room also access main balcony.

Huge master bedroom offers king-size bed, second private balcony, indoor sitting area, and walk-in California closet with built-in safe. Master bath features double cultured marble vanities and garden tub. Guest room has private bath, queen-sized bed and private balcony access. Third bedroom can serve to sleep additional guests or as a den/office. Laundry room in unit with washer/dryer and large storage space.

Private stairway off unit's main balcony provides direct beach access and access to the heated oceanfront pool. Underground garage parking with private elevator access. Manager on site.
