The large hall is the center of the house, with access from the stately two living rooms, each with five large windows. The "Upkammer" of western living room is - to use both as a bedroom - according to the traditional use. The cozy living room has a beautiful western stove, a modern TV and a reading corner.

The idyllic village Loquard Warf, located about 12 km west of Emden directly on the dike.

Worth seeing in the beautiful and peaceful village is the Romanesque church of the 13th Century, with the carved wooden altar from 1510.

Next to the church was in the Middle Ages, a castle whose moat survived - on the house. On the island surrounded by a moat is now a small, lovely park

Two cars can be parked in the fenced plot. In addition to the terrace, we offer you a beach chair in the garden. On hot summer nights the pedestal fan in the bedroom allows pleasant cooling. In all rooms, a window is fitted with mosquito nets (no mosquitos in the house!).
