Just 10 minutes to Lake Tahoe, 15 minutes to downhill skiing: Heavenly, Sierra Tahoe, 30 minutes to Kirkwood; 20 minutes: Emerald Bay, Desolation Wilderness, Echo Lakes. 2 golf courses within 2 miles.
