This bungalow apartment has a queen bed in the main bedroom, a twin bed in the very very small 2nd bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room that folds out to a single bed. We also have a twin roll away and crib if needed.

Very good Bungalo into just an excellent one I offer 3 suggestions: 1. Get a fridge with a door that swings open from the left so access is easier. 2. Get sheets that fit better and stay on the mattress better. 3. Install a fixed sliding glass door onto the shower so you don't have to deal with water escaping around a shower curtain and wetting the bathroom floor. Other than these three pretty minor little inconveniences, there isn't anything else that I could possibly complain about. We loved our time in the little upstairs Bungalo and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay in the Venice Beach area. And Mike was very responsive, easy to contact, and did everything he said he would do very quickly and very kindly. An "A", very close to "A+" overall experience.
We had two great weeks in the beach bungalow at Breeze ave close to Venice beach. The apartment was as we expected, but this is also because we stayed at the same apartment 4 year ago. We were not disappointed this time either. We had everything we needed in close reach, except it`s a bit far to the biggest grocery stores. We would love to come back again.
We rented this beach apartment for our small family and found it very well equipped with everything we would need.
Being only a block to the beach was a perfect distance to be, the neighborhood was quiet, and we walked a block to the Abbot Kinney area for breakfast and dinner..
The apartment has its own private washer and dryer which was a great plus for me. I wash cloths everyday.
Will be coming back again next year, the weather is great in Venice and Los Angeles in January.
We stayed at this unit in late May and were very pleased. It is spacious, clean and stylishly finished. The parking was free and right outside our door which is a big plus for the area. We also loved that it had free WIFI. We were able to walk to Venice beach and the boardwalk in minutes. Access to the freeway was easy. We were typically traveling in light traffic given the unit's location in relation to destinations such as Santa Monica, Malibu, Hollywood and Universal City. The owners provided plenty of supplies (even spices for cooking). In addition they provided advice about nearby grocery stores and restaurants that was very helpful. We were a little uncomfortable with the vagrants that slept near the unit but found them harmless. Good exterior lighting and close proximity to our neighbors eased our concerns. The unit is a good value. I will recommend this location to friends traveling to LA.
It was a great place for myself,my son and we grandchildren to stay while we were in LA for a family wedding. We were able to have extended family over for an afternoon barbecue. The house was clean with every convenience we needed for entertaining in a simple relaxed environment and our daily routines. The kids enjoyed the freedom of playing in the yard and watching the chickens, rabbits and turtles. The owner, manager and cleaning help were very friendly, respectful and helpful.We had no car, but were able to walk for groceries,etc and easily scheduled cabs for longer trips.

Once you decide on a property we then would prepare a simple rental agreement for you to fill out and send back to us. All that we require to confirm the reservation is the $500 refundable security deposit. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to you checking into the home..
For payment we are able to accept personal checks, credit cards through PayPal, and bank transfer/wire.
