The large 45sqm apartment is fully equipped and suitable for max. 4 pers. suitable. The object is a level-access, fully equipped apartment with a separate entrance of a house. After a busy, busy day invites the large covered terrace to relax and unwind. Or you can enjoy after a wonderful day, a barbecue by candlelight under the covered outdoor barbecue. With its ideal location and excellent connections to public transport you to the center in about 20 minutes. All other sights are within easy reach. A washing machine is in the cellar by appointment available. Iron and ironing board are located in the apartment. Cot and high chair available. INFO extensive material is ready. On arrival the apartment can be purchased from 16:00 clock. The departure please plan to 12:00 clock. Car parking space on the property. Covered barbecue outdoors. Terrace and garden use included. Garden furniture and 2 sun beds are available. Bed linen and 2 towels per person inclusive. Cot and high chair available

The property is situated in a very quiet residential street in the beautiful, idyllically located district of Groß Borstel, between Alsterdorf and Eppendorf. Take advantage of exploring this conveniently located base for Hamburg. In just 20 minutes away by public transport you are in the center of the Hanseatic city. A bus stop is located just 1 minute walk. After a few stops on the bus you are on the subway station. Lattenkamp, ??from there it is 11 minutes to the city center of Hamburg. The city park, planetarium and natural bath and Hagenbeck Zoo and the UKE are very close (about 4km). The exhibition center are just 8km. All attractions and musicals Hamburg can be reached within 30 minutes by public transport. Shopping facilities are close by. The car can be left on the land-site parking.

Beautiful house in beautiful city

I spent one week in this house with my both children. I have never seen such an excellent owner of a holiday house. Ralph was very friendly. He showed us Hamburg and he took us to many interesting places by his car. So we saw much more than we could normaly see. We enjoyed his company for many hours.
We also appreciated sitting outside in the beautiful garden. The flat was perfect too - we had everything we needed. The significant adventage of the house was a parking place so that we could park in the front of the house. As we saw it is very difficult to park a car in Hamburg nowadays. I hope to come back to Ralph´s house one day.

Great time in Hamburg!!!

Ralph was just the best. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome! The apartment was awsome the stove a bit funky but did not stop us from cooking many a great meals on it...LOL!!!
Could not have asked for a better place to stay great restaurants near by........ be sure to check out the Spanish restaurant....El Marques which is within walking distance left cards in the basket on the coffee table check it out you will not be dissapointed.
Convient to public transporation into the city.
Just can not say enough about how wonderful this apartment and the owner Ralph was!!!!!
