Ground floor Flat with view on a lovely green garden in the backyard in the typical Berlin tenement 1900. The apartment is renovated and clean, bright, furnished with new furniture in white and green colors. A full kitchen, a bathroom with shower, bed linen, towels, internet and TV with 70 channels, the large double bed for 2 and a sleeping chair for one person make the apartment perfect for longer stays as well.

Located in the Prenzlauer Berg, super area with many bars, restaurats, galleries, theaters, clubs is also a safe district with an international audience. Just 200 meters from the metro Schönhauser Allee is ideal to reach everything.

The price is intended for 3 persons total: 45 euro per night + 40 euro cleaning fees.
