Exclusive house in Vemmingbund, only 200 meters from a beautiful beach. The house has been modernized throughout 2009-2011, including with underfloor heating throughout the house, new kitchen and bathroom with jacuzzi and sauna. Quiet location with a large garden, through which a small stream flows. In the cottage area Vemmingbund there include a restaurant and a mini-golf track.

The cottage area Vemmingbund is nicely situated on the east coast of Broagerland, directly on the bay Sønderborg, Sønderborg and Broager between cities on the island of Als. There is a very beautiful beach, beautiful nature, a peaceful environment, and at the same time you are not of activities and attractions nearby.
