The apartments are in a convenient location with easy access to many swimming pools, beaches, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance, have large verandas and view to the garden, private parking and are situated for couples and families. Our apartments offer all kind of facilities, a/c, heating, satellite TV, kitchen fully equipped, hair dryer, safer, iron, iron board etc. We can provide a full sized cot at no charge and a high chair upon request. We, the owners, are always available and can help with car hire bookings, advise on places to go and see, beaches to find and restaurants to visit.

A lovely apartment, ideal for couples and families only 80 meters from the beach. In an excellent location situated on the first floor in a nice complex only a few meters from the cafes, restaurants and shops. The apartment benefits from hot and cold air-conditioning and central heating. The fully furnished lounge / dining room has a double sofa bed, coffee table, television, satellite TV, Hi Fi that plays radio and CDs, dining table and chairs. French style windows lead to a private large veranda with table and chairs to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the garden. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, two ring cooker, oven, refrigerator with ice box, kettle, ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. The fully equipped tiled bathroom with shower facilities and wash basin with illuminated mirror.

In the cosmopolitan village of Dassia, one of the first tourist resorts of the island, 13 klms north west of the Corfu town you will find our apartments. In a distance less than 100 meters there is an entertainment area (bars, restaurants, shopping centres), super markets, bakery, pastry, pharmacy, 24 hours bank-cash 250 meters, Internet Cafe, Public swimming pool as well as a bus station to Corfu town and other destinations. Aqualand, Corfu's water park, is great fun for all ages. Situated in the Ropa Valley, just 20 minutes drive from Dassia, the park has a great selection of slides and rides, a lazy river and a large pool with plenty of sunbathing facilities. Activities near Dassia:Tennis in Dafnila. Bird Watching, Cycling, Fishing, Gymnasium, Health Spa, Horse Riding, Night Life, Sailing, Scuba Diving, Walking, Water Sports.

Additional information about rental rates

  • In order to proceed with a booking a 30% deposit is required. In case of a cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival the client can have the deposit back.

    The prices are maximum for four (4) persons, in case of an extra bed a 10 Euro daily charge will be considered.
  • Beach towels are not provided , please bring your own.

    Please do not use the apartment towels for either the beach or swimming pool.

    A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 10 days of return of the apartment keys to us providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
  • Make sure that you have your own travel insurance.

Notes: In a distance no more than 100 meters you may also find a swimming pool area with a bar right on the beach which is free for anyone to joy. For all of you who can not 'survive' without internet, you may find a Internet cafe only 60 meters away from our unit. Also, at our unit we had created a common laundry area in which you may find and use a washing machine facilities for a small extra amount.

We had a lovely time at the apartments. The apartment was everything the website said it would be. Very clean and spacious. We had apt 3 which has a great terrace - perfect for breakfast and pre-dinner drinkies. There was airconditioning in the living room and the bedroom, and the shower was nice and powerful.
We were also made very welcome by the owner and her mother who obviously take a lot of pride in the apartments and the well tended gardens.
There is not a pool but it was not a problem as the beach was a 3-4 minute walk away. There is also a great pool club called Malibu which costs 5 euros to hire a sun lounger and you can get bar service and lunch delivered to straight to you while you lay in the sun - they played some cool music too!
If we ever go back to Dassia - then these apartments will be our home!
