Rental includes staff of a cook/housekeeper, maid/laundress, nightly security and personal villa manager. Set 10 minutes away by car from Holetown, where there are restaurants, shopping and banking facilities.

Caprice is a gorgeous 4 bedroom, luxury beachfront villa with plunge pool located directly on the quiet beach of Reed's Bay at Weston, in St James and is perfect for families or groups of friends. The beach is perfect for swimming and snorkelling, along with idyllic views of the Caribbean sea and amazing sunsets. This stunning villa is situated within ten minutes drive of Holetown (to the south) and Speightstown (to the north) where there are restaurants, shopping and banking facilities along with other attractions. Rental of the property includes a full staff of cook/housekeeper, maid/laundress, nightly security and a personal villa manager to answer all your queries. The villa has private off road parking, wireless high speed internet and VOIP telephone services also included. Guests are welcomed with a warm Bajan smile and excellent service from our experienced staff.

Sunset Crest and Holetown offer restaurants, shopping malls, grocery stores, gas stations, convenience stores, a medical centre, police station, banks and entertainment; Speightstown is a quaint old Barbadian town with restaurants, art galleries, shopping, a museum, grocery stores and the Port St Charles Marina & Yacht Club.

Booking Notes:

Bookings are held for one week, when a 25% deposit will be required - a 50% deposit is required for Christmas/New Year bookings. The balance along with any other charges (groceries, transfers, baby equipment etc) is required 6 weeks (42 days) prior to arrival, with the exception of Christmas, when the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 30 days of guest arrival, full payment is required to secure the booking. Security deposit will also be taken on arrival.
