Freestanding, tasteful bungalow (70 m²) with advanced facilities to max. 4 people, large property (300 m²) and a spacious sun terrace (35 m²) with garden furniture. Four ½ Stars, tested according to criteria ANWB Netherlands in spring 2008. Small hall with cloakroom, utility room with washing machine and luxury bathroom with corner bath, sink and toilet and underfloor heating Fully equipped large kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and microwave dining area, spacious living room with large windows, fireplace, color TV (satellite) , cable, DVD player and stereo system with various CDs. Two small bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm). A bedroom with a trundle bed 80 x 210 cm (double bed 160 x 210 cm). Approx. 20 km south of Alkmaar is a typical Dutch town with old houses, canals and good shopping. A little place to wander is mondänerer mountains with stunning dunes inland. The house is located in a landscaped with greenery, peaceful holiday park with no through traffic. To the sandy beach is about 10 minutes to walk through the dunes (nudist beach). The almost endless beach invites for long walks, and through the dunes and adjacent forests with small freshwater lakes. A beautiful nature reserve of "Swan-" with a large lake and is located close to Callantsoog from a popular destination for relaxation. Compared to the 'park, an amusement park for children Wildrijk'gibt' de Goudvis' and a small row of shops. About. 600 meters away is a heated indoor pool with small sauna 'Campanula'. Two supermarkets (open March to October) and some restaurants are nearby. A large supermarket (Albert Heijn Callantsoog) is open year round every day - including Sundays - to 22 00 clock open. On every Monday in St. Maartenszee flea market on Sundays in winter.
