A dead end with a royal palm avenue guarantees a quiet and exotic neighborhood. Here in this beautiful residential area of ??the city there are no more empty building sites, but everywhere some cases already older houses with pretty gardens and all the old water channels behind the houses. The pool is located behind the house all day in the sun and on the dock offers a quiet place right on the water for fishing or sunbathing. You can go down and dream guaranteed under the palms. CANOE: In about 20 minutes to paddle directly to the great river, and located there Flußbadestrand.

Villa Gulfbreeze is the preferred residential area in the attractive southwest Cape Coral. From the private deck, you have direct access to the sea and 10 minutes (Sailboat Access). Attractions, Ecological parks, beautiful beaches, turquoise sea with fantastic islands are easily accessible, as well as restaurants, and Einkaufsxentren outlets where you can buy cheap. An excellent starting point for day trips to Sarasota, Miami, Orlando, or a short trip to the Florida Keys.
