A dead end with a king-palm-trees guarantees a quiet and exotic neighborhood. Here in this beautiful residential area of ??the city there are no more empty building sites, but all in some cases have older homes with pretty gardens and all the old water channels behind the houses. The pool is located behind the house all day in the sun and on the jetty itself provides a quiet spot right on the water for fishing or sunbathing. Here you are guaranteed to go down and dream under the palms. Sometimes big fish jump from the water surface, and a wake up again.
The area is also popular for athletes who come here from other parts of the city for jogging, biking or canoeing:
CANOE: In about 20 minutes you paddle directly to the great river and located there Flußbadestrand.
BIKE: In about 15 minutes you will cycle on safe cycle routes to the south to the boat harbor Tarpon Point Marina. There you can eat with the kids ice or evening drink and watch the sunset over the water (Gulf mouth).
ROTARY PARK: This beautiful nature reserve lies only 10-minute bike ride from the house. There are trails through the marshes, an observation tower, a children's playground and a nature trail with a butterfly house.
The convenient location, close to the Gulf of Mexico with its white beaches and the excellent transport links, including through the bus network, make Cape Coral a perfect starting point with many opportunities to explore Florida. Villa Gulfbreeze is the preferred residential area in the attractive south-west of Cape Coral. The private boat dock with direct access to the sea in 10 minutes (Sailboat Access). Attractions, Ecological parks, beautiful beaches, turquoise sea with marvelous islands are easily accessible, as well as restaurants, Einkaufsxentren and outlets where you can buy cheaply. Excellent starting point for day trips to Sarasota, Miami, Orlando, or a short trip to the Florida Keys.
