Condo, 1 Bedroom + Bunk Area, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4-6)

Relax on the deck with your loved one and watch the waves roll in! This is a wonderful location for couples and families. Our beautifully renovated first floor condo has an amazing view of the ocean and is a year round vacation getaway. There is a brand new Trane air conditioning unit to help keep the condo cool and refreshing during the sunny summer months. The queen size bedroom has a new mattress, fresh paint, new carpet, furniture, linens and brand new flat screen wall-mounted tv. The freshly painted bathroom has new cabinets, mirror and granite sink. The family area has fresh paint, new flat screen HDTV and a beautiful new sleeper couch. The sliding door to the patio is new along with a new railing creating a very relaxing atmosphere to view and listen to the ocean. If you choose to listen to the music at the cabana bar, stay out on the deck, when you're ready for quiet, slip inside and enjoy the condo! There is a small DVD and book collection for your enjoyment and 4 beach chairs for your use while staying in the condo.

The gated resort offers 6 swimming pools (2 indoors & heated- the indoor building B pool has just been renovated), lazy river and children's pool, 4 whirlpools, 3 saunas, an exercise room, basketball, shuffleboard, tennis courts (lighted) ocean front cabana bar and snack shops. Arcade games and a playground are conveniently located for children. There is 24 hour security covering the 33 acre oceanfront resort. During the summer there are daily activities for children 5 years and older. Nassau Neds Cabana Bar plays music on weekends and starting June 1 they will have bands daily.

Myrtle Beach Resorts is located near all the area's main attractions. Within minutes there is a multitude of restaurants, shopping malls, amusement and water parks, golf courses and family activities. Broadway at the Beach is less than 10 minutes away where there are hundreds of shops, restaurants, museums, Nascar SpeedPark, nightlife and seasonal fireworks. In April 2008 an upscale outdoor mall was opened in the old MB Air Base location giving even more places to play in Myrtle Beach.

Our family at Broadway at the Beach

The Owner purchased this condo in 2004
Why The Owner chose Myrtle Beach Resort

We wanted a place to escape from our daily lives with our family where we could hear, smell and see the ocean all day! We chose Myrtle Beach Resorts because we wanted the choice to relax on the beach and play in the pools or be tourists at all the attractions within a very short drive, less than 10 minutes to our favorite Broadway at the Beach or the Market Commons (newly renovated MB Air Base).

What makes this condo unique

We love waking up and going to bed with the view of the ocean. It's less than a 2 minute walk to get to the beach, we are near Nassau Neds Cabana Bar that plays music nightly during the summer months, 6 pools within the resort to choose from and the resort is very family friendly.

It was a great vacation!!

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. Keri was super to deal with and answered all our questions since this was our first time renting on the VRBO website. She went above and beyond working with us on our travel dates. The condo was tastefully decorated and was very convenient to the beach. We also liked that this was an end unit. The unit was well stocked.The resort was nice and everyone was very pleasant. We would definitely reccommend this unit and owner to anyone wanting a trip to Myrtle Beach. Thanks Keri.

If you are looking for a one bedroom condo with a great view....this is the condo for you. It was decorated absolutely perfect, and it had everything we needed including the beach chairs. We have been staying at MBR for many years now, and this is the best one bedroom condo we have stayed in. Keri was so easy to deal with and very prompt with emails. We highly recommend this condo.

Bonjour les québécois!
J'ai réservé ce condo pour une 2ième fois et encore cette année, je n'ai pas été déçue. Il est parfais pour un couple seul ou avec 2 jeunes enfants. Le resort est extrêment propre et la plage est magnifique. Le condo est très bien situé directement sur le coin de la bâtisse, donc très proche de la plage et de la piscine principale. Vous ne pouvez pas trouver mieux. La propriétaire est très charmante et très honnête. C'est un plaisir de faire affaire avec cette famille

Hello, This is our 2nd stay in this condo and again this year, we were not disappointed. The condo is perfect for a couple alone or with 2 young children. It is very clean and confortable. It is located on the first floor very close to the pool and the ocean. You cannot find better than this unit. The owner is very charming and honest and it's a pleasure making business with her.
