Large apartments with a huge plot of land suitable for groups and families

Our farmhouse was built in 1874 as a tenant house and one of us consuming, with attention to detail and according to original templates rehabilitated. When renovating us to preserve the historic charm of the house was just as important as comfort and convenience.

The manor Lexow has 20 beds in nine completed bedrooms and a walk-through room into three apartments. Together with Sleeps on sofa has room for about 24 people. The eight modern bathrooms (4 full baths, tw. Freestanding baths) are all equipped with rain showers. In all three kitchens large dining tables, the largest of them are 12-14 people place. Given the large sechsflammige XXL gas stove fits accordingly with oversized oven. It is well suited to cook for groups also fine. Many sofas and chairs offer both the opportunity to get together and to retreat. In 6000 sqm large garden there is room for everyone. Several grills and fireplaces, numerous tables and chairs to lure in BBQ. The 40 square meters large terrace offers plenty of space for large groups. The house is great for family reunions / fixed, but also suitable as a seminar for businesses.

In the Mecklenburg Lake District, surrounded by many large lakes (Müritz Fleesensee, Kölpinsee) Lexow the small village surrounded by meadows and fields. It is reached from Berlin and Hamburg good (about 1.5 or 2 hours by car).

Notes

  • The prices are inclusive of the costs of electricity, water, gas and final cleaning. Subsequent weeks are correspondingly cheaper 260 €.

    The deposit for the house is € 600.00 and will be paid back after the departure.

    Firewood, cots, high chairs and extra mattresses for children we provide free of charge.
    Linen / towel packages we offer for € 12.00.

    The preparation of baby cots, baby chairs, high chairs and folding mattresses for additional children is free. Firewood, we also provide you free of charge.
  • Please note: Unless a different apartment is rented in the house, the entire house is no longer available. If interested, you should either book early and / or the pull side-season as travel time into consideration. In high season we rent the whole house on a weekly basis.


    On the Golf & Country Club, our guests receive up to 50% discount for 18 - hole green fees and Unlimited packages (10% for adults, 50% for up to 18 years as well as students and trainees to 27 years at presentation of ID).

    Our guests receive a discount of Fleesensee SPA in 50% of the sauna and the swimming pool and on 10% of massage and spa treatments.
