Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• In the week and weekend price includes the costs of electricity, gas, water, heating and cleaning. Episode weeks correspond € 120.00 cheaper.
  The deposit for the apartment Rheinberg is EUR 600.00 and will be paid back after the holiday.
  
  The preparation of baby cots, baby chairs, high chairs and folding mattresses for additional children is free. Firewood, we also provide you free of charge.
  
  
  Upon request we provide bed linen and towels. The cost is EUR 12.00 (consisting of bed sheets, duvets, pillow, two towels, a bath towel and a mat) per set.
• Our week Eden are long; given weekend rates apply to the time between Friday afternoon and Sunday evening.
  
  Otherwise, the arrival and departure is by appointment, usually from 16:00 to 12:00 clock and clock.
  
  For holidays such as Easter, Ascension and Pentecost, the prices of the season. Minimum stay 4 days.

  Our guests receive a discount of Fleesensee SPA in 50% of the sauna and the swimming pool and on 10% of massage and spa treatments.
